Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your one-of-a-kind hand painted creation. Please be aware that these items are handmade and/or hand painted and therefore there will be flaws. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a credit towards another purchase of an available inventory item (not a custom made product), or for a full refund once product has been received back from the customer in a condition considered new. Shipping returns are at the expense of the customer.  If you wish to return a custom created item, a refund of 100% will be given with shipping at the cost of the customer, or a 100% credit towards the purchase of an available inventory item (not a custom requested piece). Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 45 days of the receipt of product. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact us at: 520-661-8590, or email us at: made4ucreation@gmail.com. Please include the reason for the return in your correspondence.  Authorization is required prior to shipping back product. Upon receiving approval for your request for a return, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA number). Place the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number in the package. and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. If returned item is received damaged, no refund will be issued. Please allow 14 days to process your credit or refund.
